Bolarinwa Kushimo is a legal practitioner with over five years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Osun State University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after completing her studies at the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus. She is also a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), reflecting her interest in business recovery, insolvency, and corporate restructuring.

Over the course of her career, Bolarinwa has represented individuals, financial institutions, and corporate organisations before the Magistrate Courts, High Courts, Federal High Court, and the Court of Appeal. Her areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery, insolvency, employment and labour law, family law, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial services.
Bolarinwa has considerable experience in drafting contracts, legal opinions, pleadings, commercial agreements, and other legal documentation.
